No. The customer must purchase and supply the replacement handle or lock before the appointment. We provide the labour for installation. 2. What does the service include? We remove your existing handle or lock and replace it with the new one you provide. We also check that everything is fitted correctly and working properly. 3. Can you replace any type of door handle or lock? We can replace most standard door handles and locks. However, compatibility depends on the existing door mechanism and the replacement product. We recommend sending us photos beforehand so we can check. 4. Do I need to buy the exact same handle or lock? Not necessarily. You can choose a different style, provided the new fitting is compatible with your existing door and mechanism. 5. Can you fix a faulty lock instead of replacing it? Depending on the problem, an adjustment or repair may be possible. Our handyman can inspect the issue and advise you on the best solution. 6. How long does the replacement take? Most straightforward replacements can be completed within a short appointment. The exact time depends on the type of handle or lock and the condition of the existing fitting. 7. Can I send photos before booking? Absolutely! Send us photos of your existing handle or lock and the replacement product. This helps us understand the job and confirm whether the replacement is suitable.
