We recommend sending us photos beforehand so we can check. 4. Do I need to buy the exact same handle or lock? Not necessarily. You can choose a different style, provided the new fitting is compatible with your existing door and mechanism. 5. Can you fix a faulty lock instead of replacing it? Depending on the problem, an adjustment or repair may be possible. Our handyman can inspect the issue and advise you on the best solution. 6. How long does the replacement take? Most straightforward replacements can be completed within a short appointment. The exact time depends on the type of handle or lock and the condition of the existing fitting. 7.
