We recommend sending us photos beforehand so we can check. 4. Do I need to buy the exact same handle or lock? Not necessarily. Depending on the problem, an adjustment or repair may be possible. Our handyman can inspect the issue and advise you on the best solution. 6. How long does the replacement take?
